have u realised that comic superheros made movie have proliferated (that means growing rapidly) over the years??
i was never really fond of superheros, although i used to catch a fair share of them on tv when i was a small kid, till spiderman took me for a swing around the block in his 1st blockbuster movie.
i was very captivated by the visual effects because it made me feel like i was swinging along.
since then, i've supported the other 2 sequentials of spidey as well as some blockbusters by his comrades.
x-men, fantastic 4, transformers, TMNT(teenage mutant ninja turtles) ...
the superhero hype still hasn't declined with recent release of iron man, the incredible hulk, hellboy2, and batman the dark knight...
my marginal satisfaction from the consumption of each next superhero show has been decreasing!
that was the case for spiderman 2 and 3.
in my opinion,
fantastic 4 wasnt neither fantastic
nor was the incredible hulk, incredible.
i missed watching hellboy2 with my friends cuz i couldn't make it.. but wasnt very keen either since i didnt catch hellboy1 and i dont even know who the hell hellboy is in the first place.
when i saw posters of batman outside cinemas, i was like.. "yet another superhero show .... "
i didn't really had any immense intention to watch it..
but i did anyway tonight.
and i've only got one word for it:
BRILLIANT!
go catch "the dark knight" to truely understand the meaning of the word.
it's a story full of twist and turns and ingenious plots which u cannot foresee, horror inclusive!
and my heart goes out to heath ledger
